Subscription Unsubscribe

Unsubscribing from Plus or Premium Subscription.

Once you log into your efile account. Click on the account management drop down in the top right of the page. And click on Billing & Invoices.

In the Billing and Invoices page, scroll down to the Subscription section and click on the menu dots on the right side of the subscription line and click Cancel Auto Renew.

In the pop up box, click Yes to cancel the auto renew of the subscription.
