My recipients have not received their forms, but my status shows they have been mailed.

Make sure you verify the address is correct on the form.  If the postal service was unable to deliver the form(s) to your recipient/employee, they will be returned back to you (payer/employer).  It could also be possible that they were lost in the mail by the postal service.  However, you are able to print a PDF copy (go to Filed Forms, choose your filters according to the form(s) you need to print, select one or multiple forms to print and then click the specific Copy button you wish to print; typically Copies B and 2 are used for recipient copies).  The recipient can then use this copy to file with the IRS/SSA.
