When I enter my User Code it's saying it's invalid?

If you have entered a User Code and you are receiving a message reading "The user code you entered is invalid. Please check your code and try again."

Check the following steps to make sure you entered it correctly

1. Did you enter your User Code with dashes included?

2. Did you enter a "zero" when it should have been the letter "O" or vice versa?

3. Did you enter an "eight" when it should have been the letter "B" or vice versa?

 

Try entering your User Code again and if you continue to receive an Invalid User Code error contact E-File Support for assistance.
