I can't view my Invoices using the Firefox web browser?

If you are currently using Firefox version 29.0.1 the invoices appear blank when opened. To view your invoices in Firefox, you must update it to the current version.  Follow the steps below to identify your version of Firefox, then update to the latest version if necessary. 

Step 1 - Open the Firefox web browser.

Step 2 -  Click Open Menu (icon that looks like 3 lines) in the right corner of the web browser.


Step 3 - Click the Question Mark in a Circle icon on the bottom of the menu (to the right of Customize).


Step 4 - Click on About Firefox.


Step 5 - When the About Firefox screen appears it will automatically start checking for updates and then downloading them if available.  


Step 6 - Once the download is complete and the updates are ready to be installed, click Restart to Update.  This will restart your browser session and Firefox will be updated to the latest version.


Step 7 - After your browser is restarted proceed to log in to your e-file account and view your invoices. 


Note: If the update didn't start, didn't complete or there was some other problem, please download and install a fresh copy.
