How to Retrieve a Forgotten Password

Note:  All screen shots provided in the instructions are from test accounts created for this purpose

Step 1

On the log in page, click the Forgot Password link just below the Continue button.

Step 2

Enter your email address (associated with the account) and click Continue.

Step 3

You will see a confirmation message that we have sent an email to you.

Check your email. It is a system generated email so the network security or spam filter may block or delay delivery. Please do not request a second email until after the first one is delivered.

Step 4

In the email, you will click on Reset Password button, which will take you to the secure password reset page on the site.

Step 5

Enter in a new password and then confirm. Once you confirm the new password click the Continue button and you are finished.
